Reunion 1999: Class Notes from Geraldine Adler Smith (May 1999)

I have been married for almost 34 years to my soul mate. We have two wonderful sons (29 and 31). What a joy they are to both of us. Both graduated from Kansas State University and are partners with their father in our family business (as independent sales reps). We have lived in McPherson, KS for almost 11 years, 10 years before that in Broken Arrow, OK. As the secretary for the Athletic/Activities Director at our high school, I get to work with the athletes, musicians, club members, etc. This year I had the privilege of chaperoning both boys and girls state basketball championship teams (this has only happened 6 times in our state’s history). I have more kids than anyone should be allowed to have, and I love them all. My dream is to see all of our wonderful country. Jack & I try to take a trip each year to a different part of the U.S. It’s amazing how much there is to see in places you wouldn’t even imagine. I am looking forward to this class reunion and visiting with my friends from SHS. I hope all of you are doing well and I’ll see you at the reunion.
