Married my high school sweetheart, Susan Petty. Attended Grinnell College and graduated in speech and film production from University of Iowa. Worked as a writer-producer for Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York. Declined the opportunity to become a millionaire. Instead, made documentary films in Canada about American hippies, back to the land. Ph.D. in English from Oklahoma State University. Speechwriter, Diamond Shamrock Corporation. Adjunct professor, Southern Methodist University, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Phoenixi.
• In 1980 my third child, Benjamin, was diagnosed with autism.
• I joined theExecutive Committee of Health Choice to stand up for the victims of vaccine injury and other toxins.
• I’m Contributing Editor to Age of Autism, writing articles on prevention and healing of Autism Spectrum Disorders and lifelong needs of this growing population.
• As proprietor of Appleseed Ventures, I help parents create microenterprises to employ their autistic daughters and sons.
I’m the proud father of two neurotically children, Peter and Hannah, to whom I bequeath my unfulfilled dreams.
