Bio, 2014: Dianne Ross Jeffries

Following graduation I went to Oklahoma State University for 1 semester, the University of Connecticut for 1 year, and finished my degree at Colorado State University. Sounds flighty but a military dependent has unexpected moves (in more ways than 1).

While working as a research biomathematician for the Institute of Genetics at CU in Boulder, CO, I met my wonderful husband, Joseph Jeffries. We were married 2 years later, settled down, built a life and family. Our children – Jeanne, Jennifer & Joshua – enjoyed being raised in our house in Boulder.

In 1979 I received Jesus Christ’s tremendous gift and made Him my Lord & Savior. What a monumental decision that was! He has revolutionized my life and blessed me beyond my wildest dreams. The best is yet to come.

I was extremely fortunate to be a stay at home Mom who home schooled her youngsters. Our children are all successful & happily married. From their fruitful unions God has given us 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Two have gone to heaven before us but the rest live in Colorado and we enjoy being with them often.

We moved to Loveland, CO in 1999. The view from our home at Carter Lake is magnificent! We can see almost 100 miles in 3 directions. 4th of July finds us watching 16 fireworks displays from our deck without crowds.

Over the years I’ve worked as a seamstress, a skate park director, a receptionist, an administrative assistant, an insurance rebilling specialist, a small group administrator and website coordinator. Now at 67, as slender as I was in my 20s, looking and feeling like I’m 40 with tremendous energy, I’ve found my niche. It’s helping others achieve financial and time freedom as they attain their ideal weight and optimal health. Wow! This is truly fun & rewarding!

Joseph & I are eager to see all of you next month!
